Selection of Inner Hole Surface Machining Methods for CNC Lathe Machining Parts - PTJ Shop
Machining inner hole surface
|There are many methods for machining the inner hole surface of CNC lathe machining parts. Commonly used are drilling, reaming, reaming, boring, car hole, grinding hole, pulling hole, grinding hole, honing hole, rolling hole and so on.|
Applicable methods for machining inner hole of CNC lathe machining parts:
Reaming is the further processing of the drilled hole with a reaming drill to enlarge the hole diameter and improve the accuracy and surface roughness. The dimensional tolerance class that can be achieved by reaming is IT11~IT10, and the surface roughness value is Ra12.5~6.3μm. It belongs to the semi-finishing method of the hole. It is often used for pre-processing before reaming, and can also be used as low precision. The final processing of the holes.
- Drilling: The machining of holes in the solid part of the workpiece with a drill bit is called drilling. The drilling is rough machining, and the dimensional tolerance class is IT13~IT11, and the surface roughness value is Ra50~12.5μm. It is because the twist drill has a long length, the core diameter is small and the rigidity is poor, and the chisel edge has the influence. China cnc parts processing
- Reaming: Reaming is a finishing method for holes on the basis of semi-finishing (reaming or semi-finishing). The reaming has a dimensional tolerance class of IT9~IT6 and a surface roughness of Ra3.2~0.2μm. The reaming method is organic hinge and hand hinge. Reaming on a machine tool, called a machine hinge, is called a hand hinge by hand.
- Car hole: The hole on the lathe is the rotation of the workpiece and the movement of the turning tool. The size of the hole can be controlled by the cutting depth of the turning tool and the number of passes. The operation is convenient. The lathe hole is mostly used for processing the holes of the disc sleeve type and the small type bracket type parts.
Boring: The boring is to further process the drilled, cast or forged
holes with a trowel. It can be done on a lathe, boring machine or
milling machine. Pupil is one of the commonly used methods of hole
processing and can be divided into rough, semi-fine and fine. Rough
dimensional tolerance class is IT13~IT12, surface roughness value is
Ra12.5~6.3μm; semi-precision dimensional tolerance class is IT10~IT9,
surface roughness value is Ra6.3~3.2μm; fine The dimensional tolerance
class is IT8~IT7, and the surface roughness value is Ra1.6~0.8μm.
