First, the strength of stainless steel is easily deformed. During the machining and cutting process of stainless steel, because of its inevitable elongation, especially austenitic stainless steel, it will undergo relatively large plastic deformation, which will inevitably make the machining difficult. In addition, the strength of stainless steel itself is greater, which increases the double resistance in the cutting process and strengthens the cutting strength.

A large amount of heat will occur during the cutting process, but the stainless steel material is also poor in thermal conductivity, so the heat is concentrated on the cutting area and the blade, which is not easy to dissipate heat.

Stainless steel machining is a hard material with good plasticity and toughness, but at the time of processing, the cutting squeezes the stainless steel profile because it is not easy to break and easy to stick, resulting in excessive tool wear (this is because the tool wears, causing the knife surface to occur Potholes, forming small peelings and gaps; plus the high hardness of stainless steel, direct contact with the tool during cutting, friction, scraping the tool, and work hardening, all will increase the tool wear), so the stainless steel profile processing deteriorates .

Fourth, stainless steel is easy to expand. In the cutting process, a large amount of heat will occur, which will cause the stainless steel to expand, which makes the cutting process more difficult.
