This material is mainly used to manufacture connecting rods, crankshafts, mandrels, half shafts, joysticks, fan fittings, and cold head bolts with a diameter of less than 15 mm and mechanical components subjected to higher stresses. When manufacturing parts with a diameter of less than 20 mm, Can replace 40Cr steel material;
This material is mainly used to manufacture fasteners with small cross-sections, such as cars and tractors, general frame rails for agricultural machinery, gears for gearboxes, cold head bolts, shafts, etc., suitable for manufacturing in the field of mining machinery. Carburizing parts with high strength of the heart, such as the rear axle and journal of the crane;
It is more suitable for manufacturing parts with small cross-section, generally less than 50mm in diameter. This material can replace 20Cr steel, and is often used to make carburized gears and relatively small shaft core products, as well as cross pins that are not very demanding. Piston pins, valve rams and oil collector sleeves can also be used as quenched and tempered steel, for example to make cold head bolts;

Hot stamped parts used to make high toughness and wear resistance can also be used to make parts without heat treatment, or used after normalizing, such as tractor track pins, and can also be used to make cast parts;
It is suitable for the manufacture of parts with relatively large load, such as connecting rod bolts, tie rods, crankshafts, gears, etc. It can replace 30CrNi3 to manufacture important modulation parts with a section diameter less than 80mm. When surface hardening process is used, it can manufacture larger cross-sectional area. Components;
It is suitable for the manufacture of boilers, high-pressure vessels, large high-pressure pipes, etc. It can also be used for stamping steel, such as bicycle chains, gears, piston pins, etc. It can also be used to manufacture mine links with a diameter of not more than 20mm;
